Submission Guidelines for ICon3E2025

The International Conference on Electrical and Electronic Engineering 2025 (ICon3E2025) invites authors to submit original research papers that align with the conference themes. To ensure uniformity and facilitate the review process, please adhere to the following guidelines:​

  1. Manuscript Preparation

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official ICon3E2025 template. This template ensures consistency in formatting and facilitates seamless integration into the conference proceedings.​

  1. Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted through the ICon3E2025 submission page on EDAS.​

  1. Manuscript Criteria:

Authorship: At least one author must be an international collaborator or from industry.

Length: The manuscript must be a minimum of 10 pages in length.

References: A minimum of 15 references must be cited.

Figures and Tables: All figures and tables must include clear captions and be discussed within the main text.

Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper for presentation at ICON3E 2025. We are pleased to inform you that all accepted and presented papers will be submitted to the SCOPUS-indexed journals that ICON3E 2025 has partnered with and confirmed as indexed at the time of this announcement.

However, we kindly remind you that the final SCOPUS indexing status of any journal is fully under the control of SCOPUS and its evaluation process, not ICON3E 2025. Should a journal lose its SCOPUS status during the publication period, this situation is beyond our authority. In such cases, papers may either (i) remain published in the respective journal (but under non-SCOPUS status), or (ii) be withdrawn and resubmitted to another SCOPUS-indexed journal, subject to the agreement of the authors and the publishing policies in place.

It is important to note that this situation is not unique to ICON3E 2025. A similar risk also exists if authors choose to submit their papers directly to any journal without going through ICON3E 2025, since journal indexing status is solely determined by SCOPUS.

In the event that none of the ICON3E 2025 accepted papers are successfully published under our partnered SCOPUS journals, the Organizing Committee may also consider submitting the papers to a MYCITE-indexed journal to ensure publication continuity.

While ICON3E 2025 has taken every possible measure to ensure that all partnered journals are SCOPUS-indexed at the point of collaboration, we cannot guarantee that the indexing status will remain unchanged until the time of publication. We sincerely hope authors remain aware of this matter and understand the inherent risks if their sole expectation is publication in a SCOPUS-indexed outlet.

Our commitment is to maintain transparency and fairness, and we will continue to do our best to support authors in achieving quality publication outcomes.

Withdrawal Policy

Please note that once the final manuscript has been submitted and payment has been made, withdrawals will not be eligible for refunds due to commitments made to publishers and the costs incurred in journals preparation.
