Presenter Guidelines

  1. Presentation Schedule

  • Please refer to the official conference program for your presentation date, time, and session room.
  • All presenters must arrive at their designated session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
  • Ensure that your name, paper title, and affiliation are correct in the program. Any corrections should be reported to the Secretariat immediately.

  1. Presentation Format

  • Physical mode Presentation:
    • Each presenter is allocated 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A).
    • Presentations must be in English.
    • Accepted formats: PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF.
    • Videos or animations should be tested beforehand to ensure compatibility.
  • Virtual mode Presentation:
    • Virtual presenters must log in 10 minutes before the session starts.
    • Presentations will be delivered live via the conference platform (Presentation link will be updated later).
    • Each presenter is allocated 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A).
    • Presentations must be in English.
    • A stable internet connection, microphone, and webcam are required.
    • Presentation slides should be submitted in advance for backup purposes.

  1. Technical Requirements

  • A laptop, LCD projector, and laser pointer will be provided.
  • Presenters are encouraged to bring their presentation on a USB drive and upload it to the session computer before the session begins.

 

  1. Certificate and Publication

  • E-certificates of presentation will be issued after the session upon attendance confirmation.
