Independent researchers in the relevant research area are appointed as reviewer assess submitted manuscripts for originality, validity dan significance to help editor determine whether a manuscript should be published in the proceeding.

When editor received the submitted manuscript, reviewers will be appointed / selected to review the paper and provide the editor with comments, suggestions and recommendation (reject, revise or accept). The editor checks the reviews and sends them to the author, with any additional guidance. If there are revisions the authors decide whether to make these and re-submit. Amendments are made and the paper is re-submitted.
